Its four included snap-on dome caps maintain the same premium aesthetic required by luxury packaging manufacturers.

By extending the leaf height to 35mm, the 2535 Black Cap Hinge distributes hinge forces across a wider screw pattern, reducing point stress on box corners. This makes it suitable for lids weighing up to 800g when two hinges are installed.

Materials & Coating

The 0.6mm cold-rolled steel body is finished with a matte black electrophoretic coating for consistent colour across the leaf, hinge knuckle, and pin. The four dome caps are manufactured from the same steel and coated in the same batch for a flawless match.
