The serrated clasp teeth lock onto frame moulding edges with a firm, rattle-free grip even in high-humidity gallery environments.

Wide Slot Advantage

The 32mm-wide body distributes fastening force across more of the moulding cross-section than the narrower 8320 (29mm) or E1429B (31mm) hinges. The 24mm inner slot accepts a range of screw head sizes, providing flexibility on varied production lines.

Installation for Frame Backs

Position the hinge at the frame back corner, aligning the serrated lower leaf with the outer edge. Press firmly to seat the serrated teeth. Drive 4mm pan-head screws through the slotted upper leaf into the frame back board. The serrated lower leaf locks the hinge in place during screw installation, acting as a third hand.
